House Rules

SINGLE OCCUPANCY: No one can reside in the room besides the lease holder. *

DUAL OCCUPANCY: Only Approved & Registered Members can reside in the room. *

No guests are allowed on the property. *

No weapons are allowed on the property. *

No smoking is allowed in the property or on the premises. *

No loitering is allowed around the property. *

Dishes must be washed after each use. *

Laundry must be removed after each cycle. *

Shared spaces must be maintained by all tenants. *

Communicate and respect your fellow tenants. *

If you see a problem, record it and report it. *

Failure to follow policies will result in fines and/or an express eviction. *

Please be aware that unpaid balances are sent to Collections and Credit Bureau if a payment date is not scheduled.

First Six-Month Payment Commitment

During my first six months at a BetterStead property through PadSplit, I agree to keep my PadSplit account current and make all required payments by their due dates. If my account becomes past due during this period, I understand that BetterStead may issue a Notice to Vacate and request appropriate action through PadSplit. If my Membership or occupancy is terminated, I agree to vacate by the required date. If I do not vacate, I understand that BetterStead may pursue eviction or another lawful removal process.
